One grill, one family.

We cook the way we were taught at home: over charcoal, one skewer at a time. The meat is marinated before service, the mezze is made each morning, and nothing goes on the grill until someone has ordered it.

You will find us on Queen Street in Horsham. The dining room and the takeaway counter are fed by one kitchen, so your food is cooked to order either way, and the grill runs right through service.

Every plate gets looked at by one of us before it goes out. It slows things down on a busy night, and we have kept doing it anyway.
